Back in 1949, Frank Fodemesi Sr. founded this family-owned and operated business, crafting custom-made shoes, boots and skates for his customers in London, Ontario. The business expanded in 1958 to include a retail operation. As the custom shoe business continued to thrive, Frank opened a factory in 1969 to manufacture more specialized footwear and foot appliances. Five years later, in 1974, Frank introduced Cloud Walkers®, his own line of comfort shoes and sandals, which continue to be distributed nationwide today. The factory also began producing the Dynamic and Reactivator line of sandals, as well as a range of pressure relief pads and shoe inserts under the FootForm and Foot Comfort brand names.

After earning his C. Ped Certification, Richard Fodemesi soon followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the business. In 1986, Professional Pedorthic Services was established as the company’s orthopaedic division to serve physicians and other referring professionals, and answer the individual needs of each patient.

Today, we continue to bring comfort to our customers' feet in three important ways:

1. We custom-create shoes and orthotics for people with special foot requirements,
2. We make and sell our heavenly Cloud Walkers® and other house brands,
3. We offer a wide selection of quality brand name footwear from North America and Europe.
